I purchased this for my PS3. I love the space capacity. I purchase my games from PSN network and needed more space. I also love the start up speed my PS3 has since I placed this drive in it.

Th is is a great hard drive if you're looking for something with both speed and capacity. Makes my older laptop run like new.

I replace the original HDD of my Mac and the boot time improve a lot with this new one, It is definitely a great product

Works fine. Seems to be faster than my normal 7200 rpm drive was. Liking it so far, should be even better once it starts realizing the programs i use most and places them on the ssd portion of the drive.

I installed this drive in my laptop, replacing the existing 160gb 5400 rpm sata 3 drive. Amazing the performance gains!

This drive isn't as fast as SSD but better than regular drive. The price reflects this. Excellent drive upgrade for PS4.

This is a good upgrade for the PS4. Faster boot times and lots of storage available. Would buy it again in a heart beat.

I have purchased several of these hybrid disk drives for my laptops over the past year. All perform exceptionally better and the standard drives and are much better price than full Solid State drives. While SSD costs are starting to come down, I feel this product is still a great value for the amount of disk space and price.

Works great, brought ps4 back to life. Didn't benchmark it for speed or anything, but haven't noticed any issues.

Bought this to upgrade my hard drive for my Playstation 4. Works like a charm!

Had to replace my laptop's hard drive. Chose this because of Seagate name and size, also because it was a hybrid drive. Installation was very smooth, Microsoft store reinstalled Windows 10 for me. Boots up quickly and programs seem to run faster. Have had it for 4 months with no issues.

Easy to install and very quiet. I can hardly hear the hard drive running. It's a little bit faster than the stock hd.

I have used it and great. Fast and furious. Had no problem till now. Should may have any at all. Easy to install.

Replaced my 2009 Macbook Pro's internal drive with this one. I was expecting some boot time speedup, but I haven't really noticed any. Otherwise, having 840 more GB to use is great, the old drive was filling up and I needed to dump some pictures and videos on it still. I haven't really noticed the machine being any faster, which is a bit of a downer since you pay extra to have the SSD cache on this thing. But the original drive was also a 5400 rpm drive like the main drive on this one, so I haven't noticed a slow-down either. Also got a Dynex (one of BBY's in-house brands) enclosure to do the transfer, it was really straightforward just using the Mac's built-in Disk Utility to copy everything - don't waste money buying software to do this, you should already have all you need. It takes several hours to copy everything over USB - I just let it run overnight. The hardest part was unscrewing the bolts from the old drive - you need a tiny Allen wrench with some good leverage. I've only been using it for a few weeks (since end of July, 2013), so can't speak to the longevity of the drive yet - will update if/when it ever dies.

This laptop seems to offer quite a bit for the price and I am impressed with what it can do at its price point.

Used this to replace the standard SATA drive in my laptop and noticed a significant performance gain! Very nice!

this is an excellent internal drive i replaced one of the drives and this drive has performed above my expectations

The price was right and the performance was better than I expected. So far I am satisfied with this product.
