It is hard to find a internal drive for a laptop that holds all my media files. I have plenty of space now.

I own a 500GB model PS4 that I spend more time deleting games to conserve space more so than playing them. This 2TB hard drive was exactly what I needed. I popped the new hard drive into my PS4, updated the console to latest firmware and was overjoyed on how many digital and physical games I could keep installed. I had no issues with the transfer whatsoever. I highly recommend if you need more storage space.

Updated my ps4 with laptop drive on Xmas. Has been running like a champ ever since. No complaints as of yet.

Over all satisfied with installation. After I purchased the installation discs, we discovered five deficiencies which needed to be corrected. The Best Buy Geek Squad not able to correct the problem. By paying a small fee of about $70 and after 7 plus hours of tech time on line the laptop was good to go. So total cost, including the price of the new hare drive, was just over $200, cheaper than a new computer. Did not have to purchase any new soft ware. Great learning experience as well.

Works perfectly when installed on the ps4. Great price for the amount of memory that you get.

I bought it to upgrade a 750GB Seagate Momentus XT drive that was running out of space. This drive has great capacity. I would have preferred an SSD but, that would have pushed the price close to 10 times what I paid for this drive. I wanted a drive large enough to support multiple OS that still had enough capacity for maintaining all the necessary files and applications on the separate OS partitions. This drive fit the bill perfectly. Later as the price for larger SSD drives continue to drop I can just add this drive to an external case for additional space. PROs: Large Capacity Price Up to 6GBs SATA and also backward compatible to 3GBs SATA Works for Windows, Apple (running OS X and Intel Processors), and Linux NCQ (Native Command Queuing) efficient organization to incoming commands to increase performance. CONs: Speed: this drive only comes with a drive speed of 5400RPM Boots slower than my old Hybrid drive. Not an SSD or Hybrid drive yet.

Needed more hard drive space so I bought this bad boy. No more deleting games, and super easy to install.

Easy install and quadrupled the size of my hard drive. Does does slightly decrease load times as well.

i purchased the collective minds xbox one hard drive enclosure and needed a 2.5" HDD for the added space and this drive works perfectly.

I have no problems when I upgrade my PS4 HDD, only concern is the label in the drive says Samsung ST2000LM003, but I guess is the same drive

I can finally play Destiny online! Just what my computer needed for an upgrade!
