This drive was easy to install and has worked well

Decent enough hard drive for the cost. no problems with installation.

I bought this to upgrade the hard drive on my 27" iMac. SSD wasn't an option due to the price and smaller storage capacity. This hard drive is quick and 3tb is perfect for what I need.

This is an excellent hard drive. I needed huge capacity for my music business. This drive fit the bill perfectly. Very easy to install, fast read write times. Overall a great purchase.

Took out my old drive and simply plugged in the Seagate, no problems at all, love it, went from 1T to 3T with a plug and play action, no hassle, no glitches, the Seagate running perfectly, very happy.

Was looking for an additional HD for Storage. i compared some other seagate drives and went with the 3TB drive due to the the storage capacity and disc spin rate. it was easy to install and format no issues

I needed a big and affordable storage tank and I got just that.

had to purchase 4 of these, as they ran out of Western Digital 3-TB units. Not a problem, as these are just as fast and reliable, and work great in a RAID-5 installation. Great value for capacity.

Added to my DVR and holds the events and movies as expected.

I purchased two of these to replace one that finally gave out after around 5 or 6 years of near constant use and to add more storage to my wife's PC. My last one (exactly the same model) gave out after about 3 months of 85F - 90F or higher temperatures in my apartment when the AC was not working properly. Given the stress I put my last one under, and how well it handled even those adverse working environments, I knew exactly what drive to look for. The AC is working better in my apartment now and the new drives are working wonderfully. These drives are money well spent, I wish I could say the same for my apartment.

I bought this to replace one of the hard drives in my Mac Pro. The old drive seemed to be taking too much time to boot. The drive seems to be a quality drive. If drives don't fail right out of the box it usually takes some time for a failure to occur. So far no problem for me. A quality product.

Big 3TB drive was a replacement for the one that came with my machine. Installing it was so easy and the bios recognized it immediately. Fast 7200 spin speed is nice.

No problems installing in a windows 10 pc and migrating data. Using in combination with an SSD boot drive to get the best combination of fast speed and large storage

Only issue that I do have is not a hardware issue, but that my windows 10 seems to have issues recognizing it as a 3gb HDD.. i have no problems with my BIOS, so yeah, whatever. Functions great, has 7200RPM, great price, and was $5 more than the Western Digital which was a 5200.

Worked as expected. Using as a data backup drive with and external drive reader. Seems pretty fast. I get reasonably fast backups when using USB 3.0 Orinco reader/writer.

Seagate makes pretty good products, very dependable and trust worthy brand. So far I have no complaints about the speed and the storage is great for kids and their stuff for school.

Added this for more space, have had no issues and performs really well and don't see much lag (secondary drive for games). I would recommend this or other larger sizes!

Drive performs well, have used several and had no issues

I purchased this hard drive for two reasons, speed and cost. I am a sports photographer and these drives are great storage. I will probably get another one in the next few days.

It works as it should. If anyone gets this hard drive and tries to set it up in an external housing via USB, be aware it won't recognize the full size of the drive. It must be installed inside the computer through normal SATA. Once I figured that out, it worked great.
