Super reasonable price for 3TB. I got this along with a 128GB SSD and I'm in love with my setup. It'll take years for me to fill up all of the storage.

Seagate makes great hard drives. My only complaint is if this will hold up. Their external drives, I had 3 of them, all went bad within 1-2 years time. Granted there was a warranty but it is loss of data that is the issue. Hard drives are just to large to have additional hard drives to save them as backups.

It was the exact replacement for an old 250G Seagate SATA HD. The only unexpected issue was that my bios can only handle 2 terabyte main HD due to only being able to do MBR for HD access; leaving 1 Tera byte never to be used unless I update or reconfigure my bios.

I have a RAID 5 for video editing. When I had a drive fail I bought this as a replacement. This is the newer version of the drive 10 drives I have. Seems great so far. I needed to replace quickly and the drive arrived right on time.

We use these drives in out three Drobos at work and they are solid. The drives just keep going without failing. I highly recommend them for price and quality.

Seagate is an name you can trust and the ease of install and transfer of information was a breeze. Now I don't have to worry about my drive getting full...yet! lol!

I bought this to increase the space in my PS4. It was easy to install (with the adaptor I bought separately) and the best value. Now, I have over 2 TBs available on my PS4.

Purchased this to replace a 1 TB drive that bit the dust. The large size and speed are quite impressive. Glad I made this purchase from my local Best Buy.

Good value, large capacity, but have reliability concerns. Drive was used to replace a 3TB Seagate that had failed after only just over a year of operation. I needed something quick so had to get this. Hopefully this one lasts longer!

Easy to Install with Windows 7 64 bit. I now have two of these drives and couldn't be happier. Probably look to upgrade to NAS drives next time around though since they're made to be on 24/7

I use several of these for storage as well as in one unit it runs the OS, never have any problems, great HD for the price and runs smooth

This 3TB was a replacement for my original 1TB drive that was going bad. The new drive fit perfectly and runs silent. Works perfectly.

I purchased this drive for an internal backup drive. It works excellent! I had to format it as a GPT drive in order to use all 3 TB.

I've had about a dozen of this model over the years and none have died yet (cross fingers). good price for good capacity.

I was having problems with my older drive pausing and sometimes rebooting due to correctable read errors. I decided to buy this drive to replace my older boot drive. So far, so good. The performance of the drive is excellent and I have had no drive related issues. The software could be better, though. Seagete's ECM tool no longer has support for adding an extended partition for drives larger than 2TB. Since the OS I cloned to this drive is MBR, I am stuck with using only 2.1TB of my 3TB drive
