7200 RPM, SATAIII 6gb.

The drives are pretty fast and once they are formatted properly win 7 64 bit has no problems locating the drive. Have always had good experiences with Seagate drives, so I am hoping that I wont have any problems with these. Have only used them for one set of archives and they worked very well.

Tons of Space for Video & Photos

This 3 GB drive holds many full resolution HD videos & still has room to grow. It's also nice that I don't have to archive my drives as often like I have had to do with many 1 TB drives.

Win7 64-bit Detected w/o Any Problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I installed this on my computer to replace a 1.5TB Seagate drive I previously had in my computer... so this doubles the space I had and I'm primarily using it as a Storage/Media/Backup Drive in my computer. After Installing it, Windows 7 detected the drive and everything went smoothly. After a couple of months I haven't had any problems or issues.

It was the perfect drive for both the price I paid and the size I needed. I installed it myself and it worked within minutes of coming out of the box. Most...now would use a solid state drive for what I am using it for but I am not "Most"...and so I liked this purchase because it fit me and my needs!!!
