Works exactly as it should

I found a good deal on a desktop computer but it came with only a 1TB HD. I added the 3TB Seagate and was then able to transfer all my home video, favorite music, documents and large Outlook files through my wireless network with relative ease. I'm happy to say it is all up and working great.

NAS Drive

Adding this drive to the NAS was very easy and performance of the NAS has not changed. However, the NAS does reach temperatures about 30 degrees higher compared to before adding this drive. This drive is best suited for Desktops and I recommend using a different drive for NAS applications.
