This is an excellent large hard drive that's flexible And easy to set up.

Works well, but installing it internally required some computer expertise. I had to go to "manage computer, disc drives" to assign it as the type of drive I needed and then establish partitions, before I could assign it a drive letter and format it in order for it to be recognized by the computer. . Normally these drives are plug and play.

Pretty good, only issue I had was that my old LaCie case couldn't handle such a big drive.

This product was what I needed at a decent price and fixed my problem.

I use it on my son's xbox one. It work seemlessly.

I purchased this drive to drop in a Thermaltake dock as a backup. This is actually the second of two that I rotate weekly. It sits open on my desk, so the only complaint is I know EXACTLY when the dive is active. You can hear it pretty clearly. I don't think this would be an issue in an enclosure. Since the backups are scheduled for when I am away, it's a non issue. Planning on buying several more for a NAS soon.

I'm always in need of extra storage space and this did the trick!

Was able to clone the disk my old 1TB disk relatively easily. However after reboot my Windows 7 Professional had some issues. Windows Update (Magnifier) would not function. It took me days to resolve (working on intermittently -as the computer was otherwise fully functional). Needed to replace the disk driver with one for a Raid even though it said my driver was up to date. Everything working fine now.

I have purchased 5 these drives from my Drobo. 2 of the 5 were purchased because the Drobo told me that a drive was failing. 1 did fail and the company replaced it. I would probably get something else if there was another drive available with the capacity I needed and a price I could afford at the time that I needed them.
