Bought 3 of these to use in a FreeNAS build. I have these 3 drives and 1 WD Green drive running together with no problems or errors. Would have bought the WD Reds, but they were not in stores at the time of purchase. So far I'm super happy with them though; they are holding up great and provide decent speed over at 10GBe connection to my server.

Seagate drive works great. Archived video in pretty much uncompressed format and I'm able to edit using my external Thermaltake BlacX drive caddy.

We got this because it's one of the cheapest for the capacity that I need. It's been almost 6 months now, and should i say... so far so good.

Seagate drives hard. Even my friends could use Seagate drives. I plugged it in and it works. It's still working. That's my favorite part.

We always try to only use Seagate hard drives for all of our applications. We are using this one to store videos and it works great as usual.

It fit the slot, formatted fine, played nicely with the other four drives in my Drobo, so I'm happy. Let's see if I'm still happy a couple of years down the road.

Have four of these running in a RAID 5 configuration on my QNAP 451. The drives performance and reliability is perfect for the price paid.

Bought this hard drive to be a backup to my smaller SSD. So far, it is performing admirably and has plenty of space for my data!

For whatever reason on my Windows 7 machine we ended up having to partition it in order to get full access to the entirety of the drive. Otherwise, awesome.

Can always rely on seagate. I've been using seagate drives for years and haven't had any issues so far (knock on wood hahaha).

Haven't had problems yet. It was easy to install and setup afterwards was easy as well. I have a gaming PC so I needed the extra space .

Replaced my RAID array with an SSD & one of these. Disk speed rating didn't drop as I expected. With the SSD as boot & main apps, I put my games & such on this 3TB & have no increased load times or benchmark drops. In fact my FPS went up losing the RAID. The drive chatters a little, no worries. The larger SATA drives tend to do that from new. I also run it in performance mode, so hence more noise. Since install, fragmentation is low to none, with zero read/write errors. Seagate quality.

I have six of these Seagate drives in a RAID 5 array. They perform very well and have been running fine for the last year.

Worked as advertised, runs quiet no problems easy to install.

This was so easy to install and set-up, I just need to get my computer to recognize the other TB only recognize 2 TB's.

For 3 TB of storage, this is a good price. This is the OEM drive for my 27" iMac, and the hard drive began to fail. However, this is the second one of these that I've purchased as a replacement for other computers over the past few years, and I haven't had problems with them. Tons of storage for a good price!

I've had this drive running 24/7 for months now without one issue. It has surpassed any and all expectations this far.
