Good, but RMA... not so good.

For those of you who don't know, "RMA" refers when you return a failing drive to SeaGate for repairs. Western Digital will send you a brand new drive, whereas SeaGate will send you a refurbished drive. The good news is that most of their refurbished drives work just find, but who wants someone else's broken/fixed drive, when you should be getting a new drive. After all, if you paid for a new drive that's broken, why should you settle for less?
