Besides having to go through a couple of extra steps in windows and buying a sata cable setup was really easy and the hard drive has been working great.

Bought this to increase memory in our surveillance system, and it works great.

The performance and capacity of this drive in relation to its price makes it a great value. Its throughput is marvelously better than the SATA II drive it replaced.

The 4 tb disk is a wonder for video storage. Fast and huge.

Its a really good hard drive but it will give you 3.58 TB space once installed. I have it on my ps4, games run almost the same. I like it though.

My previous 3TB Seagate internal hard disk drive (HDD) failed. I found out through some online research that it has a high failure rate. The same online article says that the 4TB HDD is reliable. Bought 2 of these and had 0 problems so far. Work fine. Speeds are average. I did have to do a special install since they are 4 tb and my pc wouldn't see the full size but seagate tech support walked me through it, was a breeze.

4TB of HDD space with a fast transfer rate... I've been using these drives for years without issue. This is my 3rd 4TB Seagate Drive that I've been using for imaging and archiving. No issues or complaints. Excellent drive.

This is another expansion drive for my media server. I've been impressed with the quality of Seagate products. Thinling of redoing the media server, and using the Enterprise/ High Performance NAS drives

My GoFlex home had a disk failure so I dropped out the 2tb and replaced it with a 4TB one, this is the third goflex I have upgraded and now I have more room for "stuff" a great drive and works well.

Easy install. And as someone who once paid $250 for a 250 MB SIM back in the mid-90's, the notion of having 4 TB of space is pretty exciting. I formatted as 4x 1 TB partitions on my linux machine.

seagate drives are very dependable for the price size of drives keeps going up while price goes down.

I have enjoyed this device so far. It is great. It was a bit challenging first because my desk top did not provide support for devices larger than 2TB but I was able to find a work around.
