||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this was bought primarily to back up my pictures but I haven't been able to figure out how to totally work it retrieving a portion of what I need yet,or to backup my picture programs like for my little camera..it uses its own program to download in and I cant get it to download...I just tucked the Seagate in the back of my desk because I don't want to have to try to figure it out anymore until I have TONS of time

I bought mine when I upgraded to windows 10. They were attached to my quadcore desktop computers. They were clunky to install and very slow to backup. So I cleaned up my old backup drives and am using those. These sit unused on a shelf. I keep wondering if windows 10 is the real problem!
