Awkward at first, but maybe that was user error
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed an external hard-drive bcuz my wife had so many selfies on her iPhone 6 that ALL the memory/storage was gone. It was cumbersome at first to transfer the photos from her iPhone to my MacBook then to the Seagate hard-drive. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Apple Support before we got it right...I hope. However, the amount of storage is great compared to the price, and I don't hafta mess with iCloud anymore, so I'm happy I bought it.

So far so good, just using it to keep from clogging up my ss hard drive on my latest lame. Windows P.C.

It is easy to use and comes with a backup program, but I just used Windows. It is so small it would be great as a portable, but we keep it in our small safe.

I used the hard drive to free up space on my flash drives so I could continue to take more pictures.. fast transfer speeds and extremely portable. Highly recommend.

I have not had any issue with it what so ever. I use this to backup family photos, important documents, as well as use it to backup my Playstation 4 data. The drive is very versitile and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
