    I have several of these drives. They simply just work. Never experienced a failure and the 3.0 makes them blazing fast. You can never have enough backups.

    I prefer Seagate drives over Western Digital. I have had too many Western Digital drives fail on me. Get a Seagate.

    i was very surprised to see it did not need to be plugged in, all it needed was the usb plug to power it. if this item last and works good I will buy more
