I got this portable HD at the recommendation of a Best Buy associate and couldn't be happier. I got it to use as a media drive for both Apple and PC. It does this with no issues

Picked a few of these up to use as external hard drive for my Xbox One. It's great having all my games on this as my internal HDD was filling up quickly. Also good for personal use, with a lot of features for auto backing up your PC.

You can open this up and take the drive out and it is a great replacement / upgrade for your ps4. You can then put your 500 gig ps4 drive back in this case and still use it as en external drive on something else after formatting it.

I bought this external when it was on sale since I needed more than 500 GB storage on my Xbox One. I would get this over the "official" Xbox external because it is cheaper (at least when I got mine), the same actual drive, and in my opinion matches the look of the console better. I've had it about a month and so far no problems, although I had a little trouble getting the Xbox to recognize the drive. I think I had to restart the console to get it to work. But I think that has more to do with the Xbox than the drive itself.

I have never had a problem using this device.  I love the slim design and portability.  It is lightweight and easily to carry around.

I needed back up for my new computer and I have only used Seagate. Best Buy does not carry it in the stores but the price online was really good. I received it in just a few days and it was very easy to install.

I would like to review it, but my daughter took it. She needed one, and it was there, so she took it and began using it. Since she hasn't complained, I guess it is pretty good and easy to use. I know that even though she got it for nothing by just taking it from me, she would still complain if there was even the slightest issue, so I guess it must be pretty simple and easy to use.

This hard drive is the perfect fit for anyone wanting to swap out the standard 500 GB hard drive on their PS4. Taking the casing apart was easy with the help of YouTube and now my PS4 has plenty of breathing room to install games.

Good backup drive. nice slim design. This can be used as a backup drive or for any other purposes. Its is light and easy to use. Have no issues with it. Using with a windows PC. It comes with some software which I did not need.

This is a great hard drive. Very light weight and easy to use. Got on black Friday sale. Couldn't beat the sale. 2 TBs! Great product.

I chose this drive on two differentiating traits: price and size. The drive is noticeably slimmer than other similar drives, and works just as well for slightly less money. My one hesitation was that the warranty is somewhat shorter than some other drives, but it has generally been my experience that "bad" drives will typically fail within two years regardless of the warranty offering. The drive is slim, it's fast, it's quiet. Other than the thin profile and the slightly better price, nothing really distinguishes it from the WD, which I also own.

I used this to upgrade my PS4. The casing is really easy to take off and the HD fit perfectly in my PS4. The price is excellent for a 2TB.

Best Portable Hard Drive in my opinion I've used it for a couple of months and I wouldn't change it for anything I love this device it works with windows or mac and that make a big dig since everybody is either using one or the other

When I first received this hard drive I was impressed with the size , or better put , lack of size . I thought I had to format it with my computer , but I did not have to . It was ready to go with my mac book pro out of the box !

The Seagate External USB portable hard drive is used for regular backup of my PC and will be used for reprogramming in the event of computer failure. This enhances my sense of security, having experiences previous computer failures.

This is a great hard drive. The size is perfect for portability and storage.

Light and small this drive is fast and ideal for backups. I have not transported it much as it has stayed on the desk so I cannot vouch for how durable it is “on the road” but for its price it is a cool looking and simple to use drive.

Price per amount of storage was a strong selling point. Use it to back up your data to this external drive and then keep it off-site, such as a safety deposit box. Actually having two, so you can rotate them to the box is great.

This drive is small, and easy to set up. It does what it I need it to do.
