My xbox one has full 500 GB storage so I put the back up 2 TB to connect Xbox one. It is working.

I can't believe how small this is. Its perfect to travel with. Being able to go between my mac and windows laptop also is a plus.

I was looking for a bigger hard drive for my ps4, and this one was recommended. I checked the Best Buy Website and it was on sale. i've never replaced a hard drive before, but it was ridiculously easy. Works Great!

I liked this external drive because I do not need to connect it to the wall. It's a plug and play, if I purchased more memory, it would need to be connected to electricity which I feel is a hassle. Product works fine, I was able to transfer about 500 GB of pictures into it. Holds 4 times what I transferred in, I had filled up my Mac book pro with pictures and videos and now they are all in my external drive.

I take a lot of pictures and needed an external hard drive to back up some of my photos. This was a great way to do so. It is easy to use simple to keeptrack of photos music documents and other items all in one place.

Perfect way to gain extra hard drive space on your mac computer. I have a older version of the 2tb that I still use, but since I run virtual machines, I needed some more space and saw this for a decent price. It's very quick and easy to use. Only main thing I have with mine, and it might be with all external hard drives, is that it gets very hot, but that is probably because I use it for my virtual machines for school, so I didn't take off a star for that because it is minor.

I take a lot of photographs that use a lot of space on my laptop. So, a portable hard drive is a must. I saw this one and it was a GREAT deal on Black Friday. I love it. It's 2g so it will take a long time to fill up. But, the best part is that it is SO slim and lightweight. I have already put photos on it and it works great. I am not computer saavy in that I don't know about the speed of copying, or anything like that. All I do is copy things on to it and for my purposes it works fantastic! Great buy!

Works as advertised. Am using it to do Windows Image backups on all my computers before switching from Win 8.1 to 10. Is very fast & fast enough for my needs & was very easy to install--is recognized instantly.

I use this as a back up drive for my Apple MacBook Pro. I love the memory size for the footprint. This is the second drive I have owned and have not had any issues with reliability or function. It's a keeper.

Used this drive for upgrading my PS4 hard drive. Have had it for a little over a month now and it is working great. Lots more room than the original hard drive.

I purchased this drive to backup my MacBook Pro with a 1T drive. Time machine works great with this drive and doesn't waste anytime backing up all of my data.

I don't use this as an external drive but the drive inside is compatible with the PS4. Just take a screwdriver and crack open the case, remove the drive, and then follow Sony's directions to upgrade the hard drive.

Seagate - Backup Plus 2tb External Usb 3.0/2.0 Portable Hard Drive is amazing DEFINITELY worth the investment! its exactly what it is said to do easily taking your media collection and documents with you on the go and portable hard drive that features a 2TB capacity for ample file storage. Really amazing! I think the fact that it is portable is the first catch for me. Its size makes it easy for me to store anywhere, which is something you can't do with all hard drives.

Not much to review on an external hard drive but so far it has performed up to expectations. It reads/writes fast, is convenient in size (kind of obvious), and was a reasonable price for the amount of storage.

I have this attached to my Netgeard Highthawk router as an in home NAS to stream movies. It is small (does not require an electrical source on its own) and the usb 3 makes streaming movies easy with NO buffering.

This hard drive is very small and very easy to use. I purchased to use with my Xbox One. You literally plug and play. Plug the cord to the Xbox and to the hard drive. Then on your Xbox and it shows the new storage and says it must be formatted first. You click ok. And Now you gave your Xbox some more breathing room. It's reads my games fast enough I can't see much a difference between load times from internal storage and external storage. It's also very quit.

The Seagate - Backup Plus 2 TB external usb drive is great. I have not had any problem with the drive. I appreciate the usb 3.0 ability. Data transfer is quick.

Great compact form of extra storage at an affordable price

I am very happy with the amount of space in this. I have consolidated 3 large sized external drives into this one small drive. I am very satisfied with it.

Nice design, very small size you can fit in your pocket, also unbelivably huge space to store your files for reasonable price.
