I like Seagate color options to quickly identify device topics contained. I hope these are long term reliable but have only started purchasing various colors. I have recommended because of brand name and slim size to those looking for backups. Best Buy sells the cases that hold 2 of these slim devices and cords.

Already owned another Seagate 1tb external drive and it was time to move my thousands of photos off the main hard drive to an external. This unit has worked perfectly. No issues at all.

This drive proved to be truly plug and play. Launched the control panel and with a few mouse clicks my initial backup was started. Easy updates to backup file daily. Extremely satisfied.

I got this external hard drive to save important documents, pictures, and videos. It has be reliable and does not lose connectivity. Until SSD become available this is the best you can get.

This hard drive does exactly what it says. I have not had any issues with the transfer speed or with corrupt files. Perfect for on the go with the edition of a slim hard drive case. The cable that was included was kinked slightly when I opened the box, but I do not think that this will pose any threats.

This seagate harddisk is really nice & the transfer speed is quiet fast. To top it all, the price for this particular model is also not much high compared to some other models out there

Using it for my Xbox One for additional storage. Plugged it into the USB port, it was immediately recognized and was available for storing games on it. It has worked flawlessly since.

Pro: cheap. Great for backups. Perfect for extra xbox one external hard drive.

The purpose of my usage is for additional space for my Xbox One. This is a perfect size and is really thin and hides under the tv stand.

I use this device on a Channel Master DVR to hold recordings. Works well and all I had to do was plug it in. The Channel Master DVR and the external drive paired and works seamlessly.

Bought this sh¡t for my ps4 to upgrade the hard drive voided my warranty by opening it up, but when you're a bad a** mfer like me you say fck that I'll just buy a new one if I need it!

Was purchased to backup desktop and laptop computers prior to Windows 10 upgrade, and it did the job without any problems. I am now using it for weekly backups and so far it works great.

I purchased this to use with my Xbox One console. The price was great and it was simple to install. Just plug it in and follow the onscreen instructions from the Xbox. It was that easy!

I used to use the WD hard drives but both failed to work and I lost a LOT of files. I have had no problems with this product or my last one from Seagate. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great size (slim and small) and can fit perfectly into a small bag if needed. Does exactly what I need it to do, allowing for quick transfer or saving of material. Would purchase again.

I'm using this as a backup drive. I've had no issues to date with the drive . The price was really affordable, and I especially like the fact that it is USB powered.

Bought this drive to upgrade the hard drive in the ps4. Took the PS4 500gb drive and used it in this enclosure and am using it as a back up drive for my Mac. Highly recommend this.
