got it for my computer and it worked great so I decided to format it and hook it up to my xbox one. works great on it as well so no down side at the moment.

Been looking for HDD like this for a while and couldn't pass up the price compared to others out there. 2TB is excellent and will last storage for while!

I've only been using the Seagate Backup Plus Portable Hard Drive for about a month but so far it is working well. I was able to reformat it easily for my Macbook Pro and start using it quickly. I needed this mainly for my movies, comics, and music because the 128 gb of space that came with the Pro just wasn't cutting it for me. I thought I purchased this at a good price at Best Buy but now I already see other retailers are selling the same for considerably less which I'm of course not so happy about. But the product itself is tiny, very portable, and seems to work well. All in all, I am happy with my purchase.

It's everything that I expected. I like it. I was surprised how small it is. I have a fairly new 1T Seagate external drive that is larger than this one.

I just loved this product. Got it in a much cheaper price in deals. Value for Money. Transfer rate is fast. Pretty small is size to carry in pocket too.

I always trust Seagate products for reliability. I'm using this external drive as a local backup, in addition to cloud storage. The drive includes Seagate backup/restore software which was not as easy for me to use as my own product. But the drive works as expected.

Formatted for Mac OSX very quickly. Consolidated files from smaller, older drives in a reasonable amount of time. Once again, Seagate products did me fine.

We are so excited to be able to store all of our files on one device. I purchased this for my student and he has consolidated files and is much more organized!

This is a physically small drive and it works great. It only requires a connection to one USB port, which is good. Data transfer speed is acceptable.

Great external hard drive for the price that was paid. Have 2 other Seagate external hard drives and they worked good also, just ran out of room on them.

Purchased as a drive to drop in my PS4 (instructions found on sonys ps4 page for directions). After several reviews recommending this I decided to give it a go and at around $60 on Black Friday I couldn't refuse. I have around 35 games now as a GCU member (worth it) so I needed a bigger drive. The drive speed is the same as the one found in base Ps4 models so you are only gaining size (4x). Also note that this is the biggest drive for the ps4 currently.

Great hard drive. Easy to use, needed it for two classes for college, it does what it's supposed to do. Works seamlessly with macs and pcs. Highly recommend

I am pleased with the performance and reliability of the drive. I was skeptical about this when I was deciding amongst other options available in the store.

Being one who has limited technology experience, this product has been easy to use - without coaching from the helpful people of Best Buy. So far, I have been able to download several items onto this hard drive, without any snags or other tech related issues.

I used this hard drive to upgrade my PS4 hard drive and then used my PS4 original for the back up works better and has more space for my PS4 game!!!

This was a perfect purchase. The 2tb is more than enough to store files, pictures, and a lot more. Seagate is always trustworthy, has never let me down.

Using this to store tons of games on Xbox One, great product, also nice that it is USB powered, which is great to keep down on wires.

Worked well right out of the box. Plug and play as it should be with a great price point. Using it for backups and it is fast and plenty of storage.

With enough room to house hubby's pictures, this is a nice addition to the hard drive space on our new desktop. I am never disappointed with Seagate.
