I had my old compact external HD die on my 3 months after the warranty expire. Time to get a new one. Bigger than my onboard HD, so it should hold for awhile. Easy to install. Shows up on PC and runs backup of non-Windows files. Very handy for transferring to new PC HD. Still learning the ins and outs of the HD, but happy so far.

If you play a lot of games like me then you will need this. Personally I use way too much memory, so this is a must have for gaming!

I've only had this a few months but I bought it for my Xbox One and so far so good. Simple plug and play and it's been going strong.

This product is perfect for storage of all my photos. I was concerned it would be slow, but it is fast and efficient. great product

The software made it easy for me to schedule when I wanted the backup done. My years of experience with Seagate have always been positive.

Needed more space and this fitted the bill perfectly, USB 3 Interface so transfers a quick, plenty of space to archive photos and video's

A great portable external HD which protects the valuable information that I have on my Microsoft Surface Book, highly recommended.

These drives work very well and are a handy size. I was even able to power one from a Raspberry Pi. It wouldn't power two of them at the same time, but that's the fault of the Raspberry Pi. I was able to use a USB Y-cable to power them and access both of them with the Pi, though. I could power two of them from my PC with no problem.

This external drive is easy to connect and is considerably faster and larger than my previous 1TB USB 2.0 drive. I highly recommend this.

I bought this to use only as the backup drive for Carbonite Snapshot. It works well and takes up minimum space. I'm very satisfied.

This is my second Seagate hard drive. Perfect for storing pictures and documents. Helps to de-clutter your computer and smart phones.

This is a nice little portable backup drive which has worked flawlessly since installed.I replaced a Western Digital external hard drive that crashed or failed after only 14 months use for backup purposes. I like the fact that this small little remote drive is portable with plenty of room to literally back up everything.

I purchased this drive to back up all of the information on my work laptop as well as personal pc. This back up drive is easy to use.
