4 TB? Really? Oh yeah!!! It's great for backups of the kids movies and archiving those digital photos from 15 years ago. Excellent value for the drive storage capacity. The USB 3.0 throughput makes the backups run super fast and the thicker case size of the drive is worth the storage capacity. 15 years of pictures and home movies have FINALLY been backed up from my primary system. Did I mention the great storage capacity? ;-) Sleeping well tonight with the backup in place...

I have several of these drives and they are great. Great price, great performance and they seem to be bullet proof.

I split this drive into 3 partitions, one for my time machine back up, 1 for my GoPro Videos and one for miscellaneous files. I film hours of video per week and have plenty of storage. It's fast and reliable.

This hard drive is great and easy set up as it's already set up for Mac and PC. Small and portable for traveling.

A nice compact external storage works flawlessly i am using this for a xbox one x and it works great.

So far so good. Plenty of space for Xbox one games. 19 with less than 25% space used. Very easy set up, I was done in minutes. And cheaper than the green Xbox seagate hard drive and just as good.

It is a prefect size for traveling. Very durable and small enough to keep in pocket. Great all around portable drive

I am not tech savvy but this hard drive was easy to set up and use. Also has a lot of memory. Really like it do far.

This is an excellent portable hard drive. I've had it more than a year and have never had a problem with it. If I had to give it a bad review, it would be because of the usb cord. The USB 3.0 micro B end bends way too easily, running the risk of disconnection mid-use. Otherwise, great product.

Works out of the box. Small size for 4TB , use for critical photo storage. always trusted Seagate for 30 years.

Fantastic space with a great price. I exchanged the item but only because my Dvr wouldn't accept over 2TB drive.

I expected this drive to be identical to the 2TB version, but for whatever reason I cannot get the same data transfer rate on the same USB 3.0 port (the data transfer rate is about 20% slower, but still ample for my needs - e.g. periodic backup of photos and videos, etc.). I do like the larger 4TB capacity, but of course there is the potential downside of "putting all your eggs into one basket" - so if you choose to go with the larger capacity that can fit all your files, be sure to back up your backup because even the best drives sometimes fail.

Bought this on sale for the same price as the 2tb xbox drive. It was easy to use and pleanty of storage for games.

Needed to do some additional mac backups fro family and this drive was perfect portable and 4Tb gave me lots of room.

Wanted a 4TB portable USB 3.0 HDD and this fit the bill. Works great as a network drive attached to my router.
