This product offers great storage in a little enclosure. Sure, it is a little taller than other portable hard drives, but the 4 TB storage space is very generous, for a good price.

Amazingly small for 4TB! It was just plug it in and transfer data and photos. USB 3.0 is so much faster. I am not using this as a time machine, but it is perfect for an off-location backup.

Wanted a portable hard drive to allow access to files with computers without internet and without easy to access power sources. Size is more than sufficient, and easy to transport. When first plugging into computers, takes a bit to pop up, other than that, it functions perfectly fine.

I have thousands of photos that are taking up space on my phone and downloading them to this external drive gave me more room on my phone for taking pictures on our next vacation.

I am currently using this hard drive to use with my Xbox One and it works great! You literally just plug it in and it formats it and it works. Great for making room for more games!

I really like the fact that it's compact in size. I've purchased previous version, but this one comes with cell phone and to back up your cell phone photos and docs as well.

It is compact but handles a ton of information. I use it for file storage rather than as a backup device. I've got tons of photos stored there and transfer to another device is simple.

I have about 6 of these in rotation for my backups and media stash. they work pretty speedily and store a huge amount. Big plus for not needing another power adapter to function.

This seagate portable hard drive is probably the best deal for your money. The capacity of 4tb is more than you probably need, however it would be nice to have it thunderbolt.

Using this on my xbox one for extra storage. Can't beat the storage for the price I paid. Thinking about getting one for my ps4 now that they allow for external storage upgrade

I need a lot of external drive space so I am always on the look out for high capacity drives. I couldn't believe this little drive, with no external power, can hold 4 T. It's amazing.

i use it as a back up storage drive for our family pictures and movies, and for that purpose it works amazingly. very fast, reliable thus far and is just plug n play and good to go.

This is my 3rd external HD and it works great. It is quiet and very fast. It does the job and has the amount of storage I need for all the photos and video I take with my iPhone.
