Like the product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.however, after preforming a Win7 Microsoft image backup on my Win10 OS, which is supported, within the Win10 OS. I can no longer software eject the drive. I believe this to be a Microsoft issue, as it has happened to me on a Western Digital drive too just a couple weeks earlier, on a different manufacture's PC running Win 10.

Excellent back up and storage devise
