Large drive with one purpose
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Those who want to only back up their photos and do easy backups of their PC, this might be for you, though I might recommend Apple Time Machine unless you have an unpressedented number of photos. As an external drive it does not make it quick and simple to set up as I would like unfortunately.

Drive failed

I recognize that drives fail and that is why I backup everything to two drives and purchase the warranty. But this is two in a year. Not good. The good, purchasing the extended warranty for Best Buy for stuff like this is a no brainer. Walked in with the drive and power cord and walked out ten minutes later with a new drive. Always great service at the Best Buy is Deptford NJ.

Sure, the new users here give them grand reviews. But if you're looking for something thats going to last, look elsewhere. All my backups...LOST. Don't say I didn't warn you!
