I have a 1TB WD brand external memory connected to my PC and it was surprising how fast it "filled up". So now, I want to make sure that I have enough external memory (with this 3T Seagate). I bought the Seagate because the price was right, and with the intentions of using it for storage, though not the auto "back-up" feature, as this seems to fill the memory up quicker. Not sure if that is a mistake, but we'll see.

The unit was clearance priced at $79 which is a downright impulse purchase price. Naturally, I haven't owned the drive long enough to post any complaints like "It blew up!" or "It's demonically possesed!"

Great hard drive for the money.

I was looking for a hard drive that had a lot of space, stylish and compact at a great price. I'm not one for going with cheaper brands to save money but you do get in return what you pay for. I've always been a Maxtor / Seagate guy and this hard drive is a champ.

Great Price - Reliable External Drive
