Great way to move your photo library off your computer to free up space.

A great way to keep all my photos, videos, documents, programs, together and portable. And I mean *all* of them. I haven't had a reason to use the USB Hub ports, but it's nice to have them.

Connected to an Xbox One and it immediately recognized it and formated it accordingly, installed a few games and the performance is great, as good as the internal drive. Would recommend this drive, at least for this application.

Easy to connect, quiet. Great for backing up my family pictures and videos. The hub connect makes it easy to upload pics from device. Great alternative to paying subscription fees every month for the same amount of storage.

Seagate produces excellent backup drives. This one provides quick backup to assure your computer’s files are backed up and protected. It is also a hub which other devices can be connected to.

With so many Hard Drives available and with the price falling per MB I did lots of research. This is my second Seagate and I have been happy with both. Easy to set up, easy to use software and reliable.

This Seagate drive does everything I need with no hassles of any kind. I like the fact that I can set auto backups or copy on command. The USB 3.0 is really fast which is a big deal for me. I recommend this to anyone!

This is my 3rd Seagate - Backup Plus. I'm a photographer and I use this drive to save my photos, all my professional jobs and all my personal family photos. Seagate - Backup Plus drives are guaranteed 2 years, so I use it for 2 years, then buy another Seagate - Backup Plus drive to use the next 2 years. I then use the previous Seagate - Backup Plus drive as a backup of the new drive (which is not connected to the computer except to backup the new drive on a regular schedule). I have found these Seagate drives to be very durable and have had Zero problems. Yes, I do recommend these Seagate Seagate - Backup Plus drives.

Good product, but I returned it as it was not needed.

This is a perfect daily backup drive for my MacBook Pro. After coming close to losing all of my data on my MacBook when it crashed. I now use this for daily backups. It has so much space on this external hard drive.

Because you can connect 2 more drives through the Seagate drive you gain USB inputs. The backup apps works well too. I ended up buying a 2nd one.

I have had this for several months now and it works as expected. I did an initial large transfer of files when I first got it and it seemed to run cool. Nice having the USB ports on the front.

Great produc tthat was easy to set up as for termites which is a great value for the money spent on this project, I would highly recommend this product for backing up your computer.

I purchased this to store my photo files. I have had no trouble backing up my photos, and this will give me ample room to keep going. Great price, would recommend to anyone.

Read the specs carefully. Once you follow installation instructions, they ask if you want to buy the software that you would have expected based upon your experience with Microsoft backup or other software products that I have used.

Take advantage of the precipitous drop in the price of memory. Take it out of the box. Plug it in and connect it to your computer. Give it a name if you wish and you're done!

We needed to get a new portable hard drive when we started running out of space on a 1TB WD My Book. This drive seemed to link up with our Mac Mini more easily than the WD.

Plenty of easy to use storage for my MacBook Pro! I take a lot of hi res pics and needed a storage option aside from filling up my laptop. Decent price for a great product!
