    Great product for backing up files on your laptop. My daughter's laptop quit working and we were able to transfer her files to this external hard drive, thanks to the Geek Squad. Holds lots of pictures and music.

    Nice little on the go drove. Seems to transfer better on USB 2.0 than when using 3.0. but that's not a deal breaker .

    This hard drive works great, basically just plug and play. Automatically sets up auto backup for both mac and windows 10. Can also put separate folders on it. Very easy to retrieve folders or individual files.

    Simple to install and so far I've had no problems. Take care of the exterior because the metal part scratches easily.

    Great back up place very easy to use my husband bought two and we each have one for our computer. Great way to be sure your information is never lost. I also recommended that my daughters get them as well.

    I used this product to minimize my use of thumb drives and it also served as my backup of my Dell desktop files. It is easy to use and convenient to carry. I suggest purchasing the case to protect it as well.
