This is my first experience with an external hard drive at home. So far so good. Product does what it should and does what I need. I am happy with my purchase.

I have purchased other Seagate drives in the past and they continue to deliver superior results, as does this one.

The Seagate, Backup Plus Slim 1TB External USB 3.0/2.0 Portable Hard Drive is compact, fast, and does the job. Using it as Time Machine on a desktop Mac.

I’m a big hoarder. So getting another hard drive is always good for me. This satisfies my need for “more” like I’m A trash compactor.

Purchased to back up some files and.music.projects i did not want to lose, and its been great for a few yrs now, never a problem

It is an easy set up. Well packaged. Software is fairly easy to set up when you get on-line. Great quality for printing. Color is also very good. Copys are very good and legible. Wireless is great for multiply computers or devices!!

Works great. Fast and easy to use. Perfect for back ups or file transfers. Anyone could use this product. I would buy another one and recommend to others.

Used this on my Xbox one. Threre were no problems hooking it up. It was quick and easy. I love it because of it's size. It hardly takes up any space at all.

I use this drive to perform a monthly 50GB data backup, supplemental to Windows backup that writes to a second hard drive on my computer. It is a "grab and go" backup in case of fire or other emergency, and a data recovery resource in case both the primary and secondary hard drives on the computer fail for some reason. The USB 3.0 interface is fast, and data transfer speeds are stable. USB 3.0 backup is painless compared to my former off-computer backup, which was a Seagate USB 2.0 external drive. I've used the drive for several months, and it has performed well to date.

Great product for the price, Highly recommend for backing up computers and photos plus easy to carry around if I need to.

It takes a really long time to complete backups. I had to schedule one set of items for each day of the week. Can't seem to manage all in 1 night. May be because I have it connected via a USB 2.0. Not sure yet if I would recommend to a friend. I'll decide when I get a new computer and see how it works.

Wanted a backup for business files so I could store information off site. Perfect size and speed was adequate considering the amount of data I was copying

You won't loose your pictures nor your music. Some stuff just can't be replaced once it's gone. With Seagate Backup Plus. You don't have to worry. It is easy to install.

This is truly a great item. all the storage I want in just one place. And such a great price. I would highly recommend everyone.

So far the backup drive is working well. Have not performed restore yet.

I’m so glad I purchased this product. Now I don’t have to worry about running out of storage on my MacBook Pro.
