Good backup

Glad I back up my data

I shipped my computer off to Dell to fix after Best Buy backed up my info. Well Dell fixed my computer but then Dell shipped my computer to a Best Buy in Oklahoma instead of back to me in Texas. It's been three weeks and Dell can't seem to get FexEx to pick up my computer and get it back to me!!! I'm glad I have my files. But warning - don't buy anything from Dell!!!
