Good product

After I brought it home, I unpacked it and plugged it into my HP laptop with Windows 10. Nothing, laptop didn't even know I plugged it in. Did some searching online, decided to update hardware signatures. Did the trick. Every time the computer updates, I have to do this for the drive to work. A good n inconvenience, but I can deal with it.
