It's just okay.

The installation of the dashboard software is kind of a pain and you can't use it until it's installed. What ever happened to plugging in external storage and throwing data on to it?

Dead on Arrival

I have never had any problems with Seagate before and would say the one I got was a freak incident.

no instructions!

This device did not come with instructions and I have searched several times online but have not found any "how to" guides for removing the storage device from the computer.
