Difficult laptop to get used to

This laptop is supersensitive to touch. I regret not getting a touch screen so I would not have to use the keyboard as often for everything.

Drive didn't work; had to send for a replacement

Called Seagate and they charged me over $10 to send me a new drive and ship the old drive back to them. I should have taken it back to Best Buy but I was in a rush to leave town and didn't think through what they were asking me to do.

Doesn't work on my PS4!

Well, it didn't! Wasted a lot of time at home trying to get it to work only to find out when returning it at store that you can't use it for as PS4. Bummer.
