Not much to say about this drive. It's not the fastest, but that's not important. It's small, functional, and does the job well. It's solid and I would definitely buy another if needed. I'm using it to back up a PS4, but it would work in any scenario where I need a drive that will do the job and take up minimal space. That fact that it's powered from the USB cable makes it a good choice too. Hard to beat it for the price. One thing to keep in mind, the way it's formatted it didn't work with my PS4. I had to reformat it to a compatible file system.

This is a great option in case you need to do a back up of your information. I really liked the option of Make automatically a back up of my laptop. I was amazing.

My wife has overloaded her laptop with photos and we needed added space. This drive worked well, it was easy to use and helped get her laptop working correctly.

As you can probably piece together, I bought this to backup my computer data. The device was ready to go right out of the box. Drivers installed hassle-free. The included software is completely useless and unnecessary. Windows backup can handle all backup capabilities or even Acronis. Basically it acts as it should, an external drive. You'll get about 931 GB of usable space right out of the box. If I have any issues, I'll be sure to update this review.

It is an amazing hard drive. It is very small, light and portable for it's size.

All this space allows me to store so much items. I can just transport it to this, and still have so much space on my computer. Great invention.

I bought this Seagate external back-up to replace an older one that had stopped working. Easy to set up on my Mac and works well.

Thin, sleek, quiet and works well. We will see how it holds up but I am impressed with it so far and would recommend.

I've had Seagate for a while and decide to buy it for my sister and her boyfriend. It never failed me unlike other hard drives that crashes and completely reformats which loses your files. Seagate's compatibility for both Apple and Windows is great and it's slim so it's not that heavy unlike the other hard drives.

We are using it to back up all of our family photos. We have over 7500 and we still have plenty of storage space.

My wife likes this portable hard drive a lot. You get so much storage at a really good price.

This 1Tb backup drive is perfect for labtop and desktop users that want a drive that they can take anywhere and save space on there desk. The drive will only heat up once in a while like doing a long backup or reading or writing a lot of files from the drive.

Im a photographer and i bought this to store all my photos and any music I had on my computer. I love it. It's easy to use. Just plug it in and you can access the files on it. It keeps me from having to travel with multiple flash drives.

The slimness of this device is really convenient and makes it easy to carry anywhere. I have never had any problems connecting this device to my computer in the three years I have had it. Great price for 1 TB of storage
