Excellent portable HD/PS4 HD replacement.

It's a fairly easy process to open with the right tools and works perfectly when swapping in the PS4. Excellent storage size option for the average gamer. Just make sure you back up your original PS4 HD to transfer over to the new one so it feels as if you never swapped it. I really never understood why the external HD are slightly cheaper than the internal ones, but definitely get this if you plan on swapping PS4 HD. Thanks.

Great for gaming

We had a 500g xbox that ran oit of storage after 6 games. We formatted this for the xbox (it prompts you when you plug it in so super easy) and now have approximately 15 games and have maxed out the xbox memory and are at about 25% used on the external hard drive.
