small, compact and easy to carry and use. great item

The PS4 hard drive comes with an abysmal 500 gb. This fixes that problem juuuust fine.

It's fast, stores my data and pretty reliable. The one thing that erked me was that it's default partition works in read only mode on my MAC. By the time I realized it, I'd already stored 500gig's on it, so it wasn't worth the effort to move the files and reformat. But do this beforehand if you work in a hybrid environment.

I use this to back up my photographs. I wish you didn’t have to install additional software If you use a Mac.

Took it apart and used the main hard drive in my sons PS4, just need to find the software upload online. There are plenty of videos online on how to change it out, takes about 2 minutes. Now he has plenty of room for all his games. Took me a couple tries with the software but got it to work using a memory stick.

I bought this to replace the internal drive on my ps4. The case was easy to take apart without breaking it, after the hard drive swap I used the case to put my old ps4 hard drive in. Works great. My son did most of the work

I bought this to back up my MacBook Pro. It was recommended to me by a store employee and it works very well. No real brains required. It just works as it is supposed to do. It is very small and I can keep it in a case that is about the size of a camera case (small).

My best review is that I have no problems. It worked, keeps working and is as fast as it needs to be for my backup uses.

Works great. Software allows you to backup your phones and social media data. I used it to pull all my photos from facebook.

This unit was purchased to replace an older Seagate backup hard drive. It was easy to set up and its small compact size makes it easy to hide away in a compartment on your computer desk. Additionally, it was a great value for the size of the drive. Automatically updated software when updates were available

Had no problems using this in my PS4 Pro after removing the drive from the external case (be aware though this does void the warranty) and went from having virtually no free space to having over a terabyte of available space. Highly recommend this drive to those looking for more space on their PS4 or PS4 Pro.
