It's light and fast Hard Disk with reasonable price.

I only buy Seagate and Toshiba drives these days. Very well made. The tend to last much longer than some other brands.

This drive is the perfect physical size to fit in any travel bag. It's capacity is outstanding considering this small footprint.

This external drive is great, and I really like the ease of use. It's basically plug and play, so it's ready to go without having to go through menus / downloading .exe files to get it to work. Light in weight, which is a plus as I have to sometimes travel with it. I would highly recommend it.

I struggled to find external storage that could be used on both Mac & PC. Seagate provided me with a solution. The Backup Plus is an easy to use and durable device. It did require one call to tech support for set-up, but their technician was friendly and provided swift and clear instructions. Big fan of Seagate Backup Plus.

I wanted to upgrade to a larger capacity external hard drive than what I had, so I bought this for myself for my birthday. It's got more than enough storage for everything I have, including my ridiculous amount of music. I can add pretty much anything I want to this hard drive without worrying about running out of memory.

I does the job it sets out to do. Using USB means a slower transfer than using my firewire 800, but it works OK.

I used this drive to upgrade the 500 gig internal drive the PlayStation came with. Pulled open the case, removed the silver tape and the adapter they use to make it a external drive. Plugged right into the PS4. I now also have an adapter that will plug into any hard drive and hook up externally.

I needed a second backup source and this fit thebill. Was easy to set up and worked well with my windows 10 update.

I researched for the best price for this size hard rive. Best But wins everytime, especially with their price match.

This is the perfect backup drive to safely store your computer files. It requires no external power supply as the power is driven from the USB port which makes the device very easy to move from computer to computer if need be. The price for the quantity of storage was great as well. Very pleased.

Basically does the job as a backup device. Nice storage capacity, but no matter how large they are now, you'll need larger ones eventually. Hopefully your computer has USB 3.0 ports to take advantage of the speed USB 3.0 provides, and make sure you plug this into one of the USB 3.0 ports and not a USB 2.0 port. I never use the software that comes with drive, find better 3rd party backup solutions, like Acronis True Image, or even the built in Windows File History.

I love that it downloads and uploads content quickly and i can have it on for a couple hours without it over heating
