It couldn't be easier to configure and setup, literally a one-and-done. I have owned roughly 10 of these for various back-ups and they have never let me down.

Ultra Slim and Ultra Fast

USB 3.0 is really fast for data transfer. We didn't exactly care for Seagate's propriety backup software on the drive. So we simply erased that and reformatted the disk.

Great hard disk for any user

Also I never had any performance problem with it. Actually it is very fast for data transmission even when I used it on USB 2.0. I would recommend that product to any user for any job.
