Great backup drive for any content

It's powered only through the USB port. It's working great so far. I use it for backing up my files and the system image of my lap top. Only issue I had was that my laptop doesn't always recognize the drives connection as USB 3.0. This is an issue between Windows 7 and my HP laptop. The drive works fine.

Basic computer hard drive back-up

I have unit set to back up once a week, and that happens in the middle of the night without me even noticing. Good product for the money. Would purchase another one.
