    I bought this product because the packing said that it supported both Mac and PC operating systems. That's not so. I bought it for a project that would require me to make graphic elements on a Mac and then launch the elements from a PC. When i tried to use it on the PC it wouldn't work because it says that it is made for both but you have to reformat it for PCs. If you're a strict Mac user, I would recommend as it is a really nice hard drive and hasn't given me any issues when using it as a backup of files and my computer.

    Was supposed to last 13 hours of talk time... it would last 4 maybe 5 hours. Really disappointed in how short term the battery time was since it promised so much more. I want to return it.
