This is a solid performing external USB 3.0 hard drive for the price. Very slim, very quiet. Very slick though, no rubber bumpers on the bottom to help keep it on the desk, so a little bit of a concern when connected to my laptop and just kinda slides around. Recommend getting a padded casing for it to protect from falls.

Seriously, for $120 this 2TB drive is smaller than most 1TB drives out there. With a USB3 connection the transfer speeds are incredibly fast. I use this as my external HDD for my Xbox One and it loads games faster than the internal hard drive! Plus, 50gb+ games hardly make a dent in taking up any space. A must buy. Couldn't be happier.

Ordered this as an early Christmas gift to myself. Order arrived quickly. Hard drive is a great size for portability but seems well made and sturdy. Came with a short 3.0 USB cord. Instructions are very basic. If you want the dashboard it takes several minutes to download to your computer and then a restart is required. The best thing is the speed. I had been backing up photos and videos via online services and it has always been very slow going. However with this device I was able to back up 6 years worth of pictures and videos of my kids (in other words - lots of pictures and videos!) in less than 2 hours. I could not believe how fast it was. Plus, the 2TB provides a ton of space. Great product!!!

Bought this to replace the current 500TB hard drive in the PS4. Granted you have to use a screw driver to pop the top of the drive cover off. It's really easy, and in less than 30 minutes, I had this baby in my PS4 downloading everything.

I purchased this device to install in my PS4. Its a perfect fit and took me from a 500GB to a 2TB storage capacity for games. The steps for replacement are available on playstation's website.

So far no issues. Works well with Windows 7. Size is amazing and easily fit to my shirt pocket unlike WD ultra that bulge out. I have bought four WD hard drives in past and this is my first experience with Seagate. If anythinh goes wrong, will update this post. Write speed is comparable with WD.

I got this because my old external drive was big and bulky. This is so small and lightweight plus easy to use. No more heavy laptop bag with this one.

I wanted this for my ps3. But it dose not work for my ps3 extra slim. I was vary sad. But it dose work for my PS4. So far no problems. With how big the ps4 games are now it is great. I got PES 15 that alone took 29GB. I hope this is useful for someone who is looking for a HDD for there ps3 and ps4.

This is a great external hardrive for casual use. It is light and compact. It is also very easy to use. Its fan spins at 5400 rpm compared to a faster 7200 rpm. The difference is small for some, but big for tech-heavy people. It is definitely worth the price, as I bought mine in store. It is very simple with a USB cord, while being easily transportable for travel.

I bought this awesome hard drive for the sole purpose of putting it in my PlayStation 4. It works great and the amount of storage meets my needs. I fully recommend for anyone trying to use it for that purpose.

I bought this external hard drive for my xbox one and it works like a charm. It starts up as soon as my XBOX goes on and the games load up as fast if not faster. Now I have more than enough storage.

I bought this after hearing it would work in my PS4. I got on sale for $99 and pulled the HDD out of the case and popped it in the PS4 in about 5 minutes and it's worked flawlessly so far after a few weeks.

This is perfect match for my mac mini as a backup drive. Small and absolutely quiet, it takes up next to no room. Set up and partitioning was quick and easy and I've had no problems with it. Great value!

I bought this to add memory to my son's Xbox One hard drive and it worked perfectly. He was running out of room for all his games and was having to delete some to have more space for his new stuff. This was very easy to hook up with the included USB cable and he is back in business. Small and secure! Good job, just what I needed at a decent price!

This drive is very easy to transfer into a PS4 without the high price of other internal drives. My PS4 runs much better and the fan turns on less now with the added SSD.
