Great external hard drive

I was directed this item and do not have any regrets. Software installed easily with my laptop. Transferred all my computers information to the external hard drive with no problem. Drive saves multiple copies of computer backup to keep up with changes. Definitely recommend this product.

Perfect for my Mac

The sales associate was very helpful explaining possible reformatting I might need to do once I got home with this drive, but when I plugged it in, it was completely ready to go, no reformatting needed. Great product!

Unfortunately, the driver wouldn't recognize anymore. In a panic, I went to Best Buy and the guy recommended this (also remembering that Apple did as well). BAM! Backed up. No errors or anything.
