I have heard great things about Seagate, so I bought it. It couldn't have been easier, just plug in and follow the prompts. Now I feel that my information is safely backed up.

Very practical and reliable

It's great for the Mac and works perfectly with Time Machine. Go for it if you're on the fence about buying this item and you own a Mac. No regrets from my end.

MAC supported

To give you something to compare to, the aluminium grey case of this external drive is very similar to the MacBook Air's . It actually feels very soft , but its very solid too. The very first backup of 250 GB took about 8 hours, but all the following backups are incremental and take no time at all.
