Product failed within 3 months

Spent hours on the phone with both Seagate and Apple and even brought the device to an Apple Store and device did not work on any other computer so Seagate is replacing the drive after close to 5 hours of troubleshooting. Hoping the new (unfortunately refurbished unit) will work satisfactorily.

Good External Hard Drive for the Money

I have it connected to my TimeCapsule and I can access it wirelessly from my laptop which is great. A good Ext Hard Drive for any Mac owner.

Healthy but backup browser cannot find

Disk Mgmt says Healthy but backup browser can not find so of no use in my system. Wish I could get it to function as the reviews were good.
