This is the best money I have ever spent on a external Hard Drive for my Mac. I love it

While I haven't had a chance to use this, Im sure it will work as intended. Will follow up once I give it a shot.

Good quality, fast speeds via the USB connection. Have had nothing but good experiences with these Seagate drives.

To the best of my knowledge the drive works just fine. However the instructions for using it leave more than a little to be desired. I was going to return it because I couldn't get it to work and there are no instructions with it except a couple simplistic drawings. After sitting on hold for a half hour with Portsmouth Best Buy I finally found help on YouTube and got it up and running. I don't think someone with little or no knowledge of computers would find this drive easy to set up.

I need space on my macbook pro laptop, so I was able to move my iTunes over to this drive! Freeing up space on my hard drive

This is a great backup drive. Does what it says on the tin, and I feel better knowing that my data is safe on a remote drive.

Bought this drive for a Time Machine backup drive for my MacBook Pro. It's been a great external drive, no issues!

Had to get a second external backup drive before deleting pictures from new computer. This worked out well.

Lots of memory for a small size. I am able to carry this around easily and the copy speeds are very good.

Good durable hard drive. Read and write speed is pretty quick. Works great with a USB C adapter as well.

Yeah our case seems pretty sturdy but don't drop it you can damage all the internal parts and it'll be over

Seagate is a well respected company, This is my first Seagate back up drive and I've only had it a month, but I feel very confident it is a quality product and will last for many years.

First of all , this brand is the best on the market and when you rely on data backups you want the best.

this works fine, but I cant remember I have it in the usb port, move my laptop and the seagate disconnects. I wish I had brought thumb drives which do not come unplugged by mistake.

I need backup and memory for my movie collections. This fit that ticket awesome! Easy setup easy transfers.
