To hard to figure out

I was expecting to just plug it in, and be able to use as a back up. It wasn't able or I wasn't smart enough to figure out how to use it. It kept sending me to a web site where I had to pay for storage in a cloud service. To me this device itself was suppose to be for storage!! I returned it and purchased a storage device that actually stored my back up...
