This is an excellent external hard drive. It is small compact and has lots of storage space. Easy to hook up and start using.

I am a former Carbonite user and this product is just as simple and easy and gives me the assurance that I have protected all my hard work!! I feel I made an excellent investment when I bought this product.

The size is so useful for traveling and you do not need an extra power to run it. Just Make sure you are using a MAC with this model. Otherwise you will have to download a driver to use it on a PC. It wont run on a PC unless you download the driver. If u are using a PC just get the regular version of this one.

This hard drive is great. Helped me transfer files from an old laptop to a new one, and also has plenty of space to store older files and photos long term that I didn't need to put on my new computer.

As a photographer I use this hard drive to back up all my photos. It's small, fast and easy to carry around.

I am so glad that I bought this. I am a photographer so my laptop was unable to hold all of my pictures. I started storing them all on my external hard drive, and that was the best choice I ever made. My computer runs faster because of the free memory, and I can view my pictures from, not only my computer, but anyone else who has a Mac. Convenient, lightweight, portable, and easy to store. I don't know why I didn't get this sooner.

If you own a Mac you understand the need for additional storage since Apple is extremely stingy with hard drive space. Apparently this 1 TB hard drive offers 1 TB of hard drive space. Go figure.

I bought this to use as a backup at the office. It's a great item due to its compact and lightweight size. It's easy to transport for those reasons as well. So if you're looking for an external hard drive that's easy to use, lightweight, and compact consider this one!

Using this with a Mac Book as a back up. Over a month in and works well so far. Hoping it continues - I will update the review if any problems, but pleased with the purchase at this point.

I used this especially for my Apple Macbook air. I had so many Go Pro videos on my computer that took up so much space. This is a great easy product to use. Also the price is very good as well.

Great little backup drive for my Macbook Pro. Very fast and am satisfied with the backup process using this drive. I would recommend for any Mac user. Can't go wrong with this Seagate Drive!

This is the first external hard drive I've ever owned. I'm impressed with the amount of storage it gives me and even more impressed with the speed at which I'm able to transfer my photos to it.

My Seagate backup plus is awesome. I use it to store both media files, audio and video files for adobe premiere pro cc, best thing was it didn't hurt my wallet. Get one if you need the space!

This external back up drive was so easy to set up. It's a small package with all the storage I need.
