I bought this hard drive to back up my iMac and to store a large number of videos of my family. It was very easy to install and set up. It's a great little personal cloud device.

Great alternative to Apple time machine, formatted to work on both windows and Mac. Better deal on the 2tb than 1tb drive, but only had this one in stock when it was needed.

I bought this item as a simple portable backup drive. Does as expected and seems pretty reliable.

For the price, I think it is worth every penny. It serves its purpose and its so easy to use. The storage capacity is a plus. There's so much memory, its going to take a while to fill it all up!

It is plug and play external drive. Initially I used it as backup with one Mac system via USB port. Later I bought a Time Capsule and I was able to add it to the Time Capsule's USB port. All my Macs are now backed on this drive.

This slim back-up is very portable... just fits in your back pocket, when in a hurry (if need be).

I have 2 of these. One I use for my Mac Time Machine regularly. The other I use to hold my large Audio Projects. It is easy to use and works seamlessly with my applications.

The Seagate back-up for Mac was realistically priced, slim, and easy to install. It was recommended for use as storage back-up. So far, it is doing what it is supposed to do.

Plugged it in did what was prompted and was good to go. Very little set up had to be done. It is working great so far. Definitely would reccomd this product to MAC users.

I needed a new backup drive for Apple TimeMachine. Have used Seagate products before, and so went right here for a new external drive. They are very durable (I travel extensively and carry with me), fast and efficient. Best Buy had a great deal, so the purchase was a no brainer.
