I love the compact size with large amount of storage. No complaints works great!

I needed to backup the data files on my Mac Book Pro, and the Seagate external disk drive had the capacity and speed I needed. The backup was successful.

Easy to use preformatting made connecting it to my MacBook Air a breeze. Also it's thin design means it easily fits in my laptop sleeve for portability.

The Seagate Backup Plus Slim for Mac using Time Machine is a plug and play using Apple's Time Machine. Simply attach the Seagate to your computer via USB and follow the instructions for identifying and setting up the device to work with your computer. The case so far, has been durable for travel and the slim profile makes it a perfect fit taking with you (briefcase, backpack, or a pocket). This is the second Seagate purchased, the previous while maxed out on memory retains about 6 years history on a prior MacBook. Would buy another Seagate!

Bought this for my new iMac and used it as the time machine back up. Works well, haven't had any problems, and it matches the esthetic of the iMac :)

It's very easy to use and fast when it connect with your Mac. Also, it's small and light, you will be able to carry it every day of your school life.

I am a photographer and needed an external drive to organize my photos. This Seagate has been perfect for my needs. It is slim and fits nicely in my photo bag. I attach it to my laptop and directly download my photo from my Canon onto it.

This drive is a USB 3.0 drive that I use to transport large file to and from work. It's fast and was very reasonably priced. No problems so far.

Since it is billed as being designed for the Mac, I assumed it would be just plug and play. Didn't happen even though I followed all the directions. Had to call customer support, which told me I had to use the Mac disc utility to reformat the drive. Then it worked fine. The support was easy to access and very knowledgeable, I just don't think I should have had to call them

We use this for daily server backup and it has worked out very well. It is compact with a good design and was less expensive than our previous portable hard drive.

I'm not that computer savvy and I was able to figure this out pretty easily. Freed up so much storage on my laptop. I'd definitely buy again!

If you need a great product that will back up all of your data in a MacBook I highly recommend this Seagate backup drive for MacBook Pro or MacBook aiir. The Seagate hard drive back up is very versatile and can be carried with you wherever you go.

Simple, quiet drive with sleek design. The only downside is no on/off switch.

Loads of room on this drive and it is fast. Quiet operation - one can barely feel any vibration when touching while it is reading/writing.
