OK but always present dashboard is annoying

It is used as a marketing tool to get me to sign up for its other services/products.

Overall Good with PC, some install issues

Once installed working ok. For a macbook - my daughter could not install and get working on her own. product itself is fine just these install issues.

I don't know much about computers but was able to backup my hard drive easily. It look a long time to backup during the set up because I wasn't using time machine on my Mac. After that each backup was quick. I'm so pleased with this product.

Great hard drive

Plugged it into my MacBook Pro and automatic backup started. I may have had to select time machine. I also put a separate folder on it to keep certain photos in. However you can drill down into the folders and locate a specific file to restore which makes it nice. I'm going to buy another one for my wife's computer.

These have great sound quality for Bluetooth sound and they stay in my ears throughout the run.
