Boy was i wrong. Went to the apple store to double check my computer for failures. They suggested I back up with this one and have had no troubles since. I am grad student and could not afford to lose any work done.Thank you Seagate!!!

It was easy to install and configure. Works very well with Apple products. All you do is plug it in and your Apple MacBook will configure it for you. This is a wonderful product. I will continue buying Seagate backup drives for my Apple MacBook for years to come.

Make sure you get the correct model for your computer - for windows or mac. I do not leave it connected to my laptop all the time as I need my 2 ports available for other peripherals. I don't work with a lot of personal documents, so I update as needed.

This product is great! It was extremely easy to use, and required no set up - just plug it in! It's also very small and portable. Very happy with this purchase.

Took a long time for the first backup, hopefully the future incremental ones will be much quicker.
