We purchased two of these for moving data off of a Mac Book Pro. It easily adapted and there was a noticeable improvement in the Mac speed afterward.

So far product is performing quite well. I wish I had bought a larger capacity.

Overall good external hard drive, plenty of memory. I'm glad it worked for my MacBook Pro, as well as my windows notebook. At a very good price also.

This is a great external hard drive however, I had to reformat it prior to using it so that it would be compatible for Windows device. Reformatting was not difficult it just required a few extra steps. Overall, I am happy with this device.

I got this drive to use for time machine backups through my router. It works great and haven't had any issues since I bought the drive 4 months ago.

Hard drive is compatable with my mac. Works very well with multiple computers as it keeps separate folders for each computer you back up.
