Compact but shell?

The physical size comes at the expense of durability. I have 3 of these drives and the aluminum shell has dented easily on 2 of them. The price is right.

Great for Time Machine Backups
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My old Western Digital hard drive stopped working, in my experience with Seagate Hard Drives, they have never failed me however I've had 2 WD hard drives die on me within a few years. I was able to plug and play with this hard drive, no formatting necessary to get it to become my new Time Machine disk. I like the color it comes in because it matches the silver color of a mac, this hard drive goes great with a mac!
